How long does it take to get my order?
Our Kefir Sodas are handcrafted in small batches by our team in Carlsbad, California. If you order comes in by Sunday each week, we ship out your order typically on Mondays or Tuesdays for packages outside of San Diego & Orange Counties. For orders within San Diego & Orange County, as long as your order comes in by Sunday your order will get delivered that following Tuesday-Friday, typically. If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe or you have any other issues, please contact us at hi@superfoodandcompany.com.
Do cans need to be refrigerated?
Yes! Our Kefir Sodas are raw and packed with live probiotics, so they need to be refrigerated at all times to maintain their quality, freshness, and probiotic benefits. Make sure to refrigerate your cans immediately upon receiving your order.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard. After signing in, select 'Manage' and follow the prompts to skip, pause, gift or cancel your subscription. If you need help, reach out to us at hi@superfoodandcompany.com.
Why is your Kefir Soda more expensive online than at Farmers Markets?
Online prices reflect the cost of delivery drivers, expedited shipping, special packaging (including cold gel packs and insulated coolers), and individual handling by our team.
What does it taste like?
Our Kefir Soda has a slightly effervescent taste due to the natural fermentation process. It’s a delicious blend of cold-pressed juices and fizzy probiotic water, making it a refreshing and flavorful option. It’s non-dairy, vegan, and full of live probiotics, giving it a light, bubbly feel while supporting gut health. Enjoy a tasty, gut-friendly experience with every sip!
Do limited edition flavors come back?

Are you vegan?
Yes, our Kefir Sodas are 100% vegan and made with clean ingredients.
How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Changes typically cannot be made. Be sure to update your shipping address in your subscription portal before your next shipment. You can try emailing hi@superfoodancompany.com to see if someone can updated on the backend, but no promises.
Where are your Kefir Sodas made?
Our Kefir Sodas are made entirely in-house at our facility in Southern California. We handle everything from production and fermentation to packaging and shipping with our dedicated team.
What makes you different from other soda brands?
Most sodas are full of sugar and artificial ingredients, and even some "healthier" options are pasteurized, killing all active probiotics. We never pasteurize our Kefir Sodas after fermentation, keeping the probiotics alive and well. Our ingredients are clean and simple with nothing added!
Where do you source your fruit and water?
We source our fruits from local farmers here in Southern California and our water from the pristine Palomar Mountains. This ensures both quality and sustainability in every can.
Are you a nut-free facility?
Yes, we are a nut-free facility. Our Kefir Sodas do not contain any nuts, though we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists for any specific allergens.
What’s the best time to drink Kefir Soda?
You can enjoy Kefir Soda at any time of the day, but we recommend drinking it with meals to support digestion and ensure the probiotics can thrive in your gut.
